1 General Provisions

bd78 may request documents to verify your identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension and delays in withdrawal processing. This verification process is carried out solely to ensure the security of your account.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised or not.

• Never share your account details with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorised access or a security breach, notify the support team immediately.
• Do not hand your device to an unfamiliar person while you are logged in.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bd78 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods on the platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

Before making a deposit, ensure that the payment method is registered in your own name. Funds deposited from a third-party account will be returned, and additional verification will be carried out on the account in question.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed in the following situations:

New members on bd78 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳42,000 or more will give the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must complete wagers equal to 25 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• An account may take advantage of the welcome bonus only once.
• Winnings earned using a bonus are withdrawable, but only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• bd78 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or set an expiry on any promotion.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, the relevant bonus will be cancelled and the account will be reviewed.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on bd78 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. The outcome of each game is determined by a neutral random number generator (RNG).

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Winnings from bets won due to a technical error will not be paid out.
• In sports betting, results will be settled according to the designated rules.
• bd78 reserves the full right to open or close any betting market.
• If unusual activity is detected in any market, the relevant bets will be reviewed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd78. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

2. Bonus fraud: Using multiple accounts or false information with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
3. Manipulation: Any attempt to influence the outcome of games or bets.
4. Hacking or technical attacks: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or servers.
5. Betting on behalf of third parties: Placing bets for or at the direction of another person.
6. Account selling: Transferring or selling an account or its credentials.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

In any of the following situations, bd78 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• A breach of these Terms is detected.
• Fraud or deception is suspected.
• To comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure at User's Request
